Help indoor problems

Since i changed my apartment i always get the same problem when i grow my plants in an indoor box, i use a led lamp with light fertilized, organic fertilizer, temperature is between 23 and 27 degrees inside the box, water`s ph is between 6 and 7, i don`t use fan to make air circulation but only an extractor.I buy the plants from a store, they are around 10 cm tall then i plant it in a 10 liter vases, the first week i give no fertilizer because the soil is lightly fertilized then the second week i start with the organic fertilizer and the problem start around the third week or so with strange brown spots and random curly leaves.I add some photos to have a better idea.What do you think it can be? I start thinking it may be a virus...(the stem get also a purple color and the the plant overall look like is not growing properly)

Looks like a nutrient issue. What is your growing medium and nutes? What is the pH of the water/nutes solution when you give it?

Stress from transplant, ph issues, nutrient deficiency and poor environment. The answers are in the tutorials on the main GWE site. ain't growing weed easy?

I use perlite Biobizz lightmix with perlite and biocanna organic nutes, i check the ph is at 8 ph from the source i used to lower it to 6.5 but the plants were getting even worse same synthoms but more yellowish, the plant reseller suggested me to not use anymore a ph lowering product because he never uses it and now they look more green but still full of problems, i used to grow them the same way in my old apartment and i got beautiful plants the difference was just the hps lamp instead of led and a mineral nutrient as fertilizer.

In soil and veg aim for 6.2-6.5 PH, then in flower 6.5-6.8 PH

Are you giving CalMag?
Edit- you mentioned changing your apartment. Do you give tap water to your plants? If so, your old apartment's water might have had a lot more dissolve minerals than where you are currently, providing your plants with what they need. I would consider using CalMag if not already using it.

I have noticed a number of other people in the forum having similar nutrient issues using Biobizz.
