HELP! I don't know if my plant is a hermie or not.

Yep, that plant is definitely herming. At the least: you should pick off those things that look like bananas, at most: possibly get rid of it, if you have other plants that are not making bananas or little round balls.
Those bananas( or little round balls) can have pollen in them, and pollinate everything else in your grow room, decreasing the quality and quantity of your harvest. But if it is your only plant, it kinda sucks to through it out and have nothing, so would probably make sense to try and get rid of just clean it up as best you can.
Also, check out the tutorials on how Hermie plants that Nebula has posted, lots of good info on the subject there as well.
