Help! Help! I'm a beginner!

My babies were doing great and then we brought a plant from outside into our box. It started turning yellow, curling upwards like canoes, and twisting like heat burn on all the new to growth a month later. Checked Ph, good... Gave it nutrients and it continued to wither. Now my other plants that started indoors are starting to do the same, I'm wondering broad mites or russet mites maybe?

to me that looks like light burn. What types of lights are you using?

T5 single 2" it's about 6" away from the lights, I'm also using fox farms ocean soil and perlite mix. I put my hand under the light it doesn't feel hot. Been using a spray that treats, mold, bugs and something else called Three Way, the guy at the HTG store recommended it's only been 2days since I started using it.

The older leaves below still look great the new growth below is starting to do the same as the top growth.

Yeah looks like light burn, maybey you should take a picture so we can see the distance and remember just because its not hot (which t5 and leds tend to stay cool) dosent mean its not TOO MUCH LIGHT!
i personally try to keep my led grow light about 12-18 inches away from my top canopy

Oh also i did test it to determine the max height by using runty clones i didn't want to grow by placing 4 runts about 3 inches from the light, then 6 inches then 9 then 12 and so forth, if you have the resources i dont see why not use it for testing

Okay, I'll take more pics tomorrow and start logging on paper for better details of what I find and what I'm doing. Ty so much for responding

If the lower leafs doing the same it can be a heat stress. U should be checking air flow and temps which u are running. Light burn used to leave some damage. Do you do foliar feed?

I think the roots got damaged somehow.

It does look like heat/light stress, but that seems very unlikely with a T5 grow light at 6" away. So you had indoor and outdoor plants, and you brought the outdoor ones inside, then this started happening?

How long did it take before you started seeing symptoms? It happened first to the outdoor plant, then it started spreading to the others? That does sound like it could be bugs. If you check with a scope at the stems, under the leaves, top and bottom, can you see anything unusual? Any spots on any of the leaves, even if they're really small? What about in the soil, or in the runoff water?

Was there anything else that changed right before you brought the outdoor plant inside (new supplement, etc) or before you started seeing symptoms? You mentioned you started spraying them, did you do that after or before you started seeing the yellowing?
