Help growing

Just wondering why my plants are so small in the 10 week stage and already flowering. Why don't I have any shoots.

Where did you get your seeds ? What kind are they ?
Those look like the original Lowriders to me.

2 are ammonia haze and 1 is candy and and seas are from that king kush or something like that.

What lighting are you using and are they indoors or out? After a point, plain sunlight isn't going to be sufficient indoors.

Elaborate a little more for us!, Are they Photo-period or Autos? (Could you provide a link where you got them if it was online?)
What sort of light schedule are they on? (Your hours of daylight if your indeed growing outdoors)

There outdoor so get light from about 6 am to 9npm.

Also got seads from crop kings. 2 are ammonia haze and 1 is candy cane.

THAts 15hrs of light a day . My guess would be you have auto flowering plants . And the size of them is likely due to some form of stress that you subjected them too that slowed there growth in veg . Because they seem rather small to me . 10weeks is 70days which would put them on track for an auto . Other then there small size .
