Help! Droopy leaves and a few yellows. My first scare. What to do?

I awoke to two of my plants (the left 2) drooping like so. These 3 leaves are from the inside portion. Note the spots on the greener leaf.

Did I overwater? I usually water all of them evenly. I’ve never had anything like this happen before.

Looks a bit fungaly to me or a jealous neighbour has sprayed them with something. Could they just be thirsty for a simpler solution... ?
 
I guess I need some Cal-Mag, based on the colors of things. Fortunately there’s some cannabis friendly staff at my local nursery. I should flush the plants with water and check the ph, yes? But what is causing the drooping? If its overwatering doesn’t flushing contradict the treatment of drying?
 
Every other day, and it depends. During these scorchers 1/2-1 gallon on amount and every other day. Maybe a bit less since I added mulch on top.
 
I wouldn't call overwatered, when it's hot you probably should be watering them every day slowly until you get water coming out the bottom of pot so you know it got a good soaking.
 
I talked to my clone guy, and to keep it short he thought recent toxicity and suggested a good rinse. I took ph strip samples of before, runoff, and clear but they were all about 6-7. Here’s what it looked like after I finished recording my ph samples.

Amazing they reacted so quickly.
 
If they responded very quickly from a good long drink they were probably just dry. High heat will suck the water out of them fast.
 
Consider getting your bags off the parapet cap. The finish might get affected.
It's a good idea to keep your bags off flat ground, anyway, regardless of how you feel about your parapet cap.
 
Drainage and air circulation.
Change where I said flat ground to flat surface. What stays on a flat surface will stay wet longer and has better chance for rot. Not saying you'll rot, just that it's good practice.
If you have any other pots of any other type, notice how little of the pot touches what it sits on.
 
Any chance on lifting those bags with those supports in them? They have handles. If you can, lift them after a good soaking and again when they're drooping. If it's water you'll know. They'll be much lighter when dry.
 
Rocks? Seems the bag would blob down over the rock. But you're picking up what I'm laying down.
I have had great success using chopsticks to build log house kind of setups. Small cookie racks from the dollar store have worked well. Those are cheapies.
I use these sitting in saucers. Those are not expensive, but not cheapies.​
