help diagnosing my plant during flowering

i just recently moved to another place and left my plant in balcony . it’s pretty cold outside like 65 degrees my pant is ima tent and at a 9 to 9 light schedule with lights on at night while it’s cold but for some reason it all turned brown i’ve been here for like 3 weeks my plant was looking nice now its dying i think i don’t know

Yikes! That looks no bueno. More to my eyes like bud-rot than cold weather problems. Weed is typically pretty hardy and 63 degrees, while not optimal, shouldn't hammer your flower like that.

Are these autos or photos? Give us a pic of the whole plant and all of the grow details. Do you see any spider webby looking growth on your buds?

Hope not, but agree that it has distinct look of bud rot. try pulling some of the leaves out or just break open a bud and if it is you will see icky gooey stuff.
