Help curling and spots

Leaves started curling up like heat stress but nothing has changed in the room so i did res change and shes still curling no new spots though i belie e that was a mag deficiency but this is the only plant curling like this and i have 6 other strains going i checked the roots and they are still bright bright white when i get a 3rd hand ill post a pic of some root porn but im thinking it could be getting bound since there are w plants in same bucket if i flip it to 12/12 now shiuld it still be ok?

Ya, Mr Furley is right, looks like PH issues. When you water take the first water that comes out of the bottom of the pot and ph test it, Im guessing its gonna be messed up.
 
I was thinkin that as well is there anything i can do other than transplant swear i read somewhere sometime about trimming the roots of mother plants what about this? Or does the 12/12 cycle hault root growth to focus on making buds?
 
Morning Evaldreamar, First you need to find out if she is bound, all I know to tell you is to try to remove remove the pot as gentle as you can, and see if she is bound. It's called root pruning and you can try that.
It's probably gonna be hard to do with 2 plants in 1 pot, but if you don't she want grow very well, and want produce very well. So good luck with what ever you try. Another thing we used to always throw several seeds in a 5 gallon bucket when we were growing outdoors and we let all the females continue to in the same pots and sometimes we had great harvests and sometimes not so great. We never had more than 3 grow in the same bucket though.

I forgot to try to answer your other question, I'm not positive but I would think the roots continue to grow as long as she is alive. But if she is root bound she will eventually die, it might take a little while though.

You know Daas I have been biting my tongue a little about gentle root handling, and I'm guilty too I'm very cautious and quick when I transplant but..... This are multiple plants that is is recommended you massage The Roots before planting and plants that are root bound to actually cut the roots horizontally which encourages Young new growth. These are practices in the garden Community but not the Cannabis community I wonder why.
I would be excluding tubers from this category but I do wonder what the last part of a plant is to die, would it be the roots? I grew Nostalgia an annual at least in my climate zone last year and it died in cold wearther, it's spring a small patch popped up. So I'd guess it would have been the roots left that hadn't died. I don't know if this is helpful I just thought it was a good story.
 
Sorry my point about roots dying was cuz of flowering if that's the last part of the plant to die most likely going to continue to grow until it does. I'm sampling my new crop today guess it's got me right. ;)
 
Morning MrFurley, I wish I had a sample of whatever your trying, cause I know it's got to be good.
As for fixing the problem with root bound plants, they shouldn't be root bound in the first place, that's why they make bigger pots, but still I've had a bunch that were root bound from growing 2 many in 5 gallon buckets back in the day when seeds were free and 5 gallon buckets weren't free, I guess that tells you how cheap I am.
Heck I don't know, but it seems to me ,the roots would be the last thing to die.

Yes pls. Im very interested in your results if you cut roots,I don't know if it's possible to remove one out of hydro and not lose both if that was the case would you just want to remove one at the base?
I'm sure someone has tried. something to think about.
I'm not a hydro grower so im not your best Source on here in the matter.

Best shot i could get by myself but theres still plenty of room no new spots have appeared and only effected tips are curled i think it was the deficiency gotta start fweding a lil more often or more at a time maybe even both the tacoing in the leaves btw is just how shes grown its not heat cause shes the only one that does it but shes growing great the roots are that white everywhere its a shadow at the bottom

I just wasnt sure if the roots were like us. Where after a certain age we stop "growing" i thought maybe once a plant hit a certain stage it might have done the same that was my logic behind the root question
