Help! Brown dirt or dust stuff under leafs.

Hello all, I have noticed a few leaves on my outdoor plant that have a brown, dirt like substance, on the underside of some of the leafs. It will brush off like dirt but I really don't think that's what it is. What is it and what can I do? Thank y'all.

Your hunch is correct. I wouldn't worry about it.

Methinks you had a dust swirl that left dirt sticking to the bottoms but not the tops. Were it in the buds I would want to wash them when done!
