HELP! Best way get rid of thrips! HELP!

Looking for the Best non toxic way to get rid of thrips on large plants immediately! Spinosad the way to go? They seem to enjoy neem oil 😕 thanks for any help

I had them bad and used Capt. Jacks Deadbug. Spinosad Is the active ingredient and it’s 100% organic.

Dont use neem oil on buds, Captain Jacks Dead Bug or Spinosad, and of course praying mantis.
