Looks good but you're going to want to move that tie down at the top so it's not holding down the new growth. Also, I wouldn't push the tie downs into the soil but rather hook them to the edge of the pot (or you could add something to tie them to).

Looking good bro...
Ellz is right, always avoid sticking objects in the soil, tie to the side of the pot or tie to a weight.
i have a 7 week old LSD that is almost one meter high. Wish I capped mine, but I’m not a pro and when I started this plant I read that your not supposed to cut auto flower plants! So I didn’t and now it’s tall and difficult to get light to all it’s leaves.
well done bro it’s looking really good

Well Sam187 as you see on this forum many folks top and LST their autos so give it a try when you grow another. Just make sure it's got healthy growth. Your plant is healthy and it's looking like a normal auto should look. I sure didn't top or train my first few autos, like you I got same info but it can be a huge difference in yield timed and done right :)

Yeh that’s my plan.. next plant is getting the snip!
i wonder if you can help with an issue I have, since this is my first plant and not your first.. I have a topic named looking for a sponsor.. please have a look if you can and give me your thoughts.. looks like I have the beginning of a problem(s)

To Low stress train a plant to increase yield, you need to tie the branches (when they grow), or the main stalk. You have the fan leaves tied down In the pictures above, I’m not sure if that was intentionally done Or not. .
