I agree with Gingerbeard it looks like early trichomes. Some strains do that all through veg from my experience. I've only had a few do it but it looks a little strange being in veg with trichomes. Like CaptainWiese91 said, just keep growing it and paying attention for problems. I think your plant is fine.

I was thinking trichomes also, but I didn’t want to write it. Because I’ve never seen that before. Of all my 77 plants, never had one that did that.

It's strange, they don't develop fully it just looks like glitter on the leaves almost at the right angle. I think it was my Chemodo Dragon that did it.
