HELP! Heat

Hey guys, im growing in soil with cfls which make heat , my environment temp is about 28 Celsius which is not bad for veg stage while im even using a AC, but i plan to switch to budding stage in few weeks, i dont know how to lower the temp,and i cant afford other type of light, plz help thanks

How many cfls do you have? The only way to really lower your temp is either ventilation, or introducing some environmental units ie: A/C , swamp cooler or a bucket of ice...
