SOIL HEat stress?

I got stuck at work for an extra couple of hours. When I came home 3 of my plants were drooping from needing water, the room was 90degrees (f) and 40% humidity. I immediately put water on the plants pHed to 6.3. When I came back down an hour later, the 3 plants that were drooping looked like this:

what, if anything, should I do? Should I trim off the crispy, curled leaves (there is no Discoloring)? How bad did I screw these plants on yields? Quality?
