Day 10 &11 for my first attempt and I've already learned a lot...due in large part to your kind advice. Two of my "babies" got light burn and I got that under control.

My largest plant is ready to be transplanted into its 3 gallon smart pot. I'll wait a bit longer for the other three. Having th light burn makes me wonder how much longer I should wait to trade the COB LED (400W equivalent/128W actual) for my 315W LEC. Thoughts and thanks once again...

I believe you can use your 315cmh now, as long as you got it up high enough.
