HELP! Has the plant got “Claw”??

Hi guys having problems again and need help asap!
I think my plant has the “Claw” Nitrogen toxicity but the plant
is also sucking out the nitrogen of 2 lower fan leaves not getting sun so I am confused if the plant has the Claw.

Has anybody had anything like this happen before?

Hi Tokabigone, did you get a chance to have a look at the pic I put up?
Problem doesn’t seem to be going away and the pistils
look like they are getting crispy as well.
I am watering it tomorrow and will give a flush with 3 litres of 6.5 ph water and I’ll test the run off water from the first litre I give it to check the ph, I’m am not sure what else to do.
I haven’t given the plant nutrients for about a week which is when I first seen the claw.
