Has anyone used High Bay and Low Bay LED light?

I have not used them. However, LEDS are better than the other type lights, ( generally speaking ), because they last longer, use less energy, give off less heat, and offer either a full spectrum or focused spectrum. Green LEDS only put of the green spectrum unlike CFLs and colored incandescents. Basically, you can get custom spectral outputs with LEDS and you just can't do that with other bulb types including MH or HPS. I hope that helps some.
