Hello all, just a quick question, this is the second plant from my first grow, the first plant was harvested mid December after about 8-9 weeks in flower and this one popped at the same time. I have cut off a lower bud and spread it out and it just seems to be leaf, this plant is taking up my tent which I need for my new autos, does anyone recognise this strain and know how long it will go for, cause I'm gonna have to chop it soon if it goes too long, it's from a bagseed so I'm in the dark, any ideas? She is on 10/14. Thanks in advance for any advice given.

She has along time to go at that rate. Maybe 12/12 would help ? Can you get the lights closer ? Good growing to you !!

If you got another plant ready for flower I'd chuck this one, grind it and cook with it, too much needed to bring it back to speed. Save your electricity. If you're in no rush then yeah, lights closer, heavy P and K feeding, 12/12 light schedule and use this lady as a training pet, which will pay off a lot in the long run.

I agree this plant isn't worth your time, and I know you killed it but here is how you would fix it. It may help in the future.

That plant is trying to produce seeds. Your pH is to high, it is also being slightly over watered along with you are giving it to many nutrients. That is causing a root rot in your pot which will slow the finish and makes it harder to correct because the roots are dying (if you look at the root ball they will be brown rather than bright white). As for strain finish time, nothing anyone tells you will help much because that is entirely dependent on those specific genetics.

1.) Cut your nutrients in half if not more. (I see burning leaf tips)
2.) Add a bit more iron and magnesium sulfate with your water. It should lower your buffer pH. (it will fix the light yellow newer growth)
3.) Add ~30% concentration H2O2 at a 10ml/gallon rate (10ml/3785ml) (This will help aid in the recovery of a root rot)
4.) You can see the white salt on the side of your pot which tells me you also need to be fully drenching the pot each water to the point of substantial runoff. It will remove the sodium buildups.
5.) Get different genetics, changes are it will always look like that on finish. (just looking at the bud structure you can see it)
6.) Change your light cycle to 12/12. Cannabis doesn't need to resperate for 14 hours.
7.) Add and mix in an extra 1:4 ratio of perlite to your soil when you go to pot your plant up. (1 part perlite to 4 part soil) to prevent (this will help prevent over watering and nutrient buildup)

If it helps think of it like this:
If you only eat candy and sleep to long every day you feel like crap and are always tired. By reducing the sweets and eating a balanced diet in moderation along with getting proper sleep you tend to feel great. It's the same concept for a plant.

Man i didn't see it when i saw the pics but when i read Komatchi's reply i went back...Is it really doing seedbags instead of buds? If so...and you don't want to play with sexing, get rid of it..Cook it like Acres said or do something else with it...

Thank you everyone for your advice, she is gone.........komatchi dude she was making seeds, just like you said, good call....lessons have been learnt so it's not a total disaster........Thanks again everybody
