Yuk it looks like a similar issue i was experiencing recently. I suspect either too much wind (fan pointed directly at plants), too low RH or a combination of both.i corrected both those issue and the health of my girls seem to have improved. I'm pretty new to the game so weigh other peoples opinions.
That looks like Calcium deficiency which is common indoors. I would add some Cal-Mag. That can also be triggered by too low/high ph. Your pg (soil) should be 6.0 to 7.0. Also check for your R/H. A humidifier can fix lots of issues. Mines are starting to show small signs as yours and my R/H is 50 since I don't have a big enough humidifier so I will by some Cal-Mag and take it from there. Good Luck!
