Wondering if anyone has revegged a Hydro plant in soil.

Or if you were going to reveg in soil what soil set up would you use.

Interested in hearing from soil and DWC grower's.

Never revegged so just talking out loud here.

First I think you'd want to leave it in the water until you see some new growth. I mean if someone just hacked off most of my limbs and then wanted me to go back to wotk I'd really want a day off first, lol.


Otherwise it seems like it could work.

I've never done it. But I'm pretty good at making it sound right.
Plants love soil. Cannabis loves rich soil on the drier side. Just using my imagination, but going from hydro it might be tempting to put the plants in wet soil. Just moist will do the trick. I sometimes root clones in straight water, then put them in soil. Probably similar. Takes a couple days to put out some new growth. But they love the soil.

What I'm thinking is this.

Week 1 MH 150w 18/6 Give here 1/2 strength veg nutes.
Week 2 transplant to a pot.

I think this is going to make an interesting experiment.

She's​ in a 3.75" net pot with hydroton and rooter cube.

Should I:

A) plunk the whole darn thing in a pot.

B) trim the roots around the net pot and remove the plant from it then plop it in a pot.

C) smoke a bowl

D) A,C

E) B,C

The order is wrong regardless. I don't mean to split hairs, but shouldn't it read C,A OR C, B.
Maybe after C, the answer will present itself...
