What color should the flower be for harvesting. White or brownish white?

What part of the flower are you referring to? The trichomes are what you want to look at. The little balls should be milky white mostly and you should see some amber (or brown looking) here and there as well. Make sure to look at buds in the middle as well as the bottom and top of your plants. Make sure you're looking at the buds and not the sugar leaves. More or less amber trichomes is completely up to you. You can also harvest half and wait a few extra weeks to harvest to see what kind of high you like better.

Just don't rush it. I promise you'll be happier the longer you wait, higher yields and potency, better flavor, etc.
