Harvesting Question

We live in a high humidity area, after mold started, removed immediately and used fans to keep dry - seemed to work. Should the attached be harvested yet under these circumstances?

I don't see any mold in the pics, but it's hard to tell. Most people will tell you to not risk it and I agree - if you think there is mold be careful. You can harvest it and turn it into edibles, but I would not smoke it.

Harvesting early doesn't hurt. Often it's a case of getting something or nothing. A good dry and cure should result in a decent quality harvest even when early.
