Harvest?

1st time grower, I found a rogue seed and threw it in my herb garden and this is what I got, I topped it twice trying to keep the height down but it’s still huge.
my question is not knowing the strain how do I know when it’s ready to harvest?

This site has lots of info on harvest. She looks like she has a ways to go. Looking at the tricomes closely is best way to tell wait until they are cloudy and some turning amberish
