Harvest weight

Dry weight. Weigh about 30 days after cure. If I weigh. For me, using wide mouth mason jars, a full jar is about an ounce. That's the the thumbnail that I use. If I want to be specific I'll get the scales out.
 
My quart jars last grow averaged about 32grams. It's been curing now for about 9 months. Typically lose about 10 to 15% at this age but one jar I weighed yesterday gained 2 grams... that's only possible because I had to rehydrate in the jars. I weighed them on jarring and I weigh them on opening to consume.
