HELP! Harvest ready

So I flushed yesterday my trichomes are saying it’s ready I don’t want to lose potency. Do I have to let the plant consume itself before the darkness period before cutting down or can I just go to darkness now to get it done before trichomes are even more amber than they are now

if the trichomes look the way YOU like them, then harvest.

Soil with ppm 411 and ph 6.3 after flush

Ya it's really all up to you at this point. A longer flush with result in a smoother smoke

So she’s been in darkness for 48 hours now. I almost want to pull her out and check Trichomes before chopping but would that undo the whole darkness time. Or maybe check it then put it back in darkness for a little while. My first grow and I don’t want to ruin it now
