You cant ask the books any questions... could have saved a few months of prep and just found you all a whole lot sooner.

SO I am into day 3 of harvest. Many of the plants are so sticky and after the first dozen or so manicures, the trimming sticks to the gloves like tar and feathering. Also in the sugar leaves and somewhat beyond including smaller fans leaves, the trichomes are so perfectly milky it doesn't seem right to not include them as part of the bud drying process. after all this is what the hard work was all for....right or am I misunderstanding something too basic for me to comprehend?

additionally, the colas seem to be made up of clusters like cauliflower....some are very large, over 8 inches long and longer. Is it best to just cut them up so they dry better or …?

I am saving everything so far but I now have 5 ...5 gallon buckets filled with large fans and stem, 1...7 gallon pot with sugar leaves and larger leaves with loaded clearly visible frosting. What is best for using or disposing.

when drying leave thing as big as you can to dry as slow as it can with your R/H.
there is evidence to show that consuming fresh water leaf by either eating them or juice in them is good for arthritis. alltatup has a thread about eating cannabis greens.
I personally dry all my sugar leaves and trimmings in a tray and then put it in the jar, I make dry ice hash and cannabis lotion out of the stuff.
back when I was a kid we would chew on cannabis fresh stems, food for thought.
and there's High evidence that there's more CBD in cannabis roots so to save those to boil down to tea is also doable.
if you put your gloves in the freezer you can get that resin off of them, and if you don't use gloves you can roll hash off your hands, finger hash, scissor hash, I smoked all that

Thanks for confirming my thoughts. I have a bunch of greens.. the thought of using the roots it terrific but I wonder whether or not the General Hydro fertilizers would be more present and possibly cause other issues...I should have thought about these things prior to chopping them but things are more hectic than usual the last 5 weeks and time has very limited.

Does anyone ever freeze these cuttings for processing later on?
