Harvest Question Opinion?

Let me take it from the GWE tutorials and ask, When do you Harvest?

Harvest when 60-70% of hairs have darkened for highest levels of THC ???

or

Harvest when 70-90% of hairs have darkened for a more calming, anti-anxiety effect as some THC turns to the more relaxing CBN.???

I go by the amount of cloudy trichomes and whether there are amber colored trichomes or not. I wait until most (80%-90%) of the trichomes are cloudy and with some amber ones showing. The pistils , by this time, are mostly dark and curling in as well. The buds that I tested while the trichomes were mostly clear produced a 'racy', or speedy effect.
