HELP! Harvest Period

Is it time to harvest my plant!? Im growing from bag weed so I’m unsure the strain. The top tier hairs have turned dark orange and have curled in. Im a bit confused b/c the buds don’t look as fat and wide as others I’ve seen in forum or on website. Furthermore, the middle and bottom tiers have yet to fatten and are still mainly white.

Before anyone ask the white stuff is Seven Bug Powder due to me growing outside for my first time growing.

I concur with Gjourney101. Powdery mildew and it's extensive. There are a number of remedies for it and they all begin with wiping as much as you can off with wet paper towels. Lots of different recipes out there so look some up and choose the one that works for you and figure out a way to get better airflow around your plant.

The powder is from seven bug dust. My plants don’t have any form of mold. Just curious if it was ready to harvest.

If the trichomes are cloudy or partly Amber, yes.
