Sorry about your restless night insomniac. I used to be like that until I would take benadryl or Tylenol PM or the Wal-Mart equivalent. They have something in them that helps the brain shut down. Now I only get that way when I know I have to go somewhere the next day! Damned PTSD!

Same here... how many hours do you get? I do whatever my body asks right now. Last night, went to bed at 10... was wide awake by 2am, checked on the girls at 3am, smoked a few bongs, and played overwatch till about 430, then went to bed again till around 7am. the night before went to bed at 1130, slept till 430. Id call that fucked up poor sleeping

I'm the same. Luckily, I mostly have the luxury of sleeping anytime. Sometimes I am so sleepy, I can barely clean up the dinner dishes, Go lay down and sleep for 5 hours when all I intended was a one hour nap. Hell's bells, awake the rest of the night. Some nights like you, go to bed at 10pm wide awake at 2am, even if I had no nap that day. Fall back to sleep at 6 am and get up at 11am.

Or just about any other scenario you can think of. I have been an insomniac since my first child was born and never overcame it, even though they are both grown, one out of the house. When I was in my 30's and 40's I could handle it without causing serious problems, even though I worked fulltime. Now, in my 50's (58) it just bogs me down and saps my energy quickly.

When I first started growing, my goal was to grow weed where you get off on one toke. I archive that goal when ever I grow Purple Kush from BC Seedking. I know smoking isn't you favorite Insom, but it is a Strain I would highly recommend for your insomnia. It will knock you on your, well you know. You will fall asleep.

Thanks king, for that strain advice. Will consider ordering for our spring grow. I can handle one toke. Hold it in, then cough it out. It's the second toke that I have difficulty with because I am still coughing. As long as there is no paranoia and anxiety, that would be fine. I do know the peppercorn trick though. LOL

Interesting you mentioned the holding toke and coughing, cause I just read article on why we don't need to hold on for more than 3 seconds...after that the more sinister part of cannabis smoke can do harm to the lungs. Thought about a vaporizer yet? Really works nicely for me, and I can taste the terpenes and terpenoids much easier! Any inclination towards using the breath in meditation to help calm the restless chatter of the brain? Before I got back into the weed, that was a powerful tool to increase my awareness of the mental clutter I could get caught up in. Still try to make it a part of my daily routine. Just a thought 💚

Rockman, our vaporizer and other goodies came in the mail yesterday. You know our situation, will be no trying them for months. The black plastic container we got to store our feminized and auto seeds in that we bought. Here are some pictures.
