Hanging CO2 Pads: Worth it or Not?

Yupp, the question is pretty self explanatory.
I was picking something up from the grow shop yesterday, and while there I spotted these, and I must say I felt enticed to buy them:

What are your thoughts everyone?
I'd say i'm at the end of week 4 flower (I'm counting flowering based on plants showing sex, not the switch to 12/12, because my plants took a very long time to start showing pistils).
My grow room is not really airtight. It's a small bathroom with an exhaust fan, which i've covered up with mesh to stop all light leaks. No light makes it in, but a very small amount of air is traveling in and out (I hope, haha). I keep the bathroom door open most of the time, because the adjacent room has central AC, and helps control the temperatures.

I'm not sure if these things are worth it or not?
I like the idea that they activate via humidity, so maybe they pull a little bit of humidity out of the air as well as adding some CO2. Win/Win, no?
But I must say, they are pretty pricey. A bag costs the equivalent of 45 US dollars.
 
My thoughts on co2 is that first you have to give the plants all the light that they can use. Then to get more, you add CO2. I don't use it because my plants could use more light if I had it (I only have 600W). Since my plants could use more light than I am giving them, I don't see the value in adding CO2. my 2c
 
That advice, my friends, is worth $200+ and not a mere 2c.
Thanks for the simple and straightforward reasoning. Sure as hell makes sense.

I'm growing 4 girls, and thus far have 745 watts in my room. Seems to me i'm nowhere near maximum light levels.
So CO2 is not a worthy expense.


However, out of curiosity.. Wouldn't the plants use the CO2 regardless of light levels? I mean, it's part of their diet. They need it to make food.
Therefore it would make sense that they would be happy to have some extra CO2 to fuel themselves, hence making more prominent buds.. Or am I missing a key element of the process?

Don't get me wrong, the plants need CO2 like we need oxygen. That is why we have oscillating fans moving our leaves around. The fan is moving out the expelled oxygen and providing the plant with fresh CO2.
It would be like us breathing pure oxygen when we are sitting on the couch. It wouldn't do much for us. However, if we were running a marathon (like a plant in max light) then the pure oxygen would help us perform better.
