Half soil half coco

Does anyone or has anyone done a grow half soil half coco + perlite of course?

There are several coco growers on this site that have much success. I myself am a soil grower.

The kindsoil setup I run is kinda like that... they're not mixed together though.

kindsoil is a concentrated super soil that goes in the bottom of the pot with coco loco on top.

I'm on a quest to find my favorite setup. Only done hydro and this. Going to try coco and bottled nutes next year.

Your idea has been done I'm sure. It sounds like a good way to get the microbes from soil and the faster growth of coco. I think you should do it and post your results!

My own soil mix uses soil and coco as a base, then amended with supplements. Works well.

I actually am doing it right now but not sure I should report results cuz my crop got seeded but everything was great tell half way threw flowering. Do u purchase your super soil or do u have to cook it yourself
