Hello everyone, and welcome to my 16th grow. For the first time since I started growing back in 2017, I took about a month long break from growing. It was a nice break, but I'm ready to step right back in!

I'll be growing 2 Bubba Kush's and 1 Amnesia XXL. Today is day 2 for them. These were definitely 2 of my favorite strains that I have grown in these past 4 years, and my buddy wanted to have a little competition to see who could produce more per plant. He has photo period plants (also Bubba Kush), while I am growing autos (as always). He is using HPS while I'm using my fancy autocobs. He is using a mix of soil and coco with Goldleaf nutrients, while I'm using coco with Megacrop nutrients.

I'm really interested to see the difference in our yields. He won't be on this site, but I'll try to keep everyone updated on how he did as well. He is already a month underway, and just flipped his plants to flower. I told him I would probably only be a week behind him because of how fast autos grow comparatively.

Well you tell your friend i'm growing the pre 98 bubba kush photo out doors and she's just growing taller near 8ft. an just keeps preflowering no budlets, they'll come but damn thought she'd show sooner. Healthy as can be but sloooooow buds outdoors. I loved reading about the strain bubba kush my kinda smoke for sure :smile:
 
Today is day 14 for the Bubba Kush's, and day 1 for the Amnesia XXL. Why is it only day one for the Amnesia XXL you ask? Well, the Amnesia popped around the same time as the Bubba Kushes did, but it never got to the point where it even spread its coytledons. It just stayed where it was, barely above the rapid rooter itself for 11 days. So I pulled it and started a new one.

The Bubbas are looking great, as they always have every time I've grown them so far lol. My buddy just started his plants on the flower light cycle about a week ago, and they are looking very good.

I'll grab a pic of my buddies right now. His are looking really good! They are also about a month ahead of mine so they are looking way bigger lol
 
Today is day 53 for the Bubba Kush's and 40 for the Amnesia XXL.

The stretch can stop anytime now lol. My tent is only so big. They are looking really good with with baby nuglets starting. I can't believe how tall the Amnesia XXL is (the one on the right). It's gonna be a great harvest when I get there..

Today is day 59 for the Bubbas and 46 for the Amnesia XXL. They are nugging up nicely, but the Amnesia is a little bit too tall. That being said, they are looking good!

My buddy took his 8 plants down, and he said he got just over 3,000g wet. He is expecting about 2 lbs, roughly 4 oz per plant. We shall see how I do comparatively! I obviously don't plan on getting 2lbs, but we are moreso in a friendly competition of weight per plant lol.

By looking at yours at around 60days in flower? or are they 60days from seed. Sorry i'm foggy still, need more caffine but just trying to see the difference between my Pre 98 Bubba Kush and reg. Bubba Kush? who knows?? All i know is my strain is one tough pheno outdoors. I'm almost neglecting her out there in her tent and she's doing great, must be here genes liking the elements.
 
OK thank you for answering the time Doubledealing72. I realize it's not the same strain nor enviornment by anyway i was just looking at age i guess my plant is close to within 3wks by the looks of her stigmas for at least turning brown and curling in.
