From what day do I start counting growth days?
When I sow the seeds or when there is signs of growth?
This period can take anything up to ten days 🌞

I count from the day it’s up from the soil and getting light. I plant directly in soil and let it sprout by itself.

As soon as I see something green pop up, that's day one for me.
Some folks start counting days when the first set of true leaves show up.

I have found in the long run, I record a date from a green sprout popping up... then I don’t really care since my end goal has become 25% amber trichs except for sativas. With that start date, i can determine my veg time and that’s about all I find it’s useful for. Don’t believe that a seed house can guarantee a maturity date with any real accuracy. Variables that develop during a growing cycle become much more a a determining factor and as we all know...crazy stuff happens with any plant. Just look at the thread on HELP....tons of questions on problems from roots to lights

You want to see the time off on your auto, feed it coffee! This caused the 65 day autos to go 120+ days, talk about slow growth!
