Growing Legally. Where you at, what are your laws & growing strategy?

YYCannabis I totally agree about height limit: it's absurd and makes them look totally ignorant about what they're doing. They need to read GWE and catch up to the rest of us.
 
I’m with alltatup. I know shit about politics but I can easily understand term limits.... how many of those characters can make real world life work for them without the benefits of a planned paid for job like showing up to vote

They been growing MJ, at Ole Miss, since the early 70s, they first had it surrounded by an electric fence, lol, but alot still got ripped off by students using, rods an reels with one ounce snag treble hooks,

The real study is going on at UMMC, in Jackson, my Dr. Is evolved in that study, I showed him some pictures from my phone, and he said MJane was a gift from God.I might not should say this, but I've given him plenty of bud.

There are forest folk no one ever sees hardly unless they are very ill and want the help they will come out. They live like indigenous people do I highly respect them, yes I've taken care of one years ago I won't ever forget her. I like being under the radar, don't advertise it much.;)
 
Vermont here. 6 plants total, max of 2 'mature'. The 2 mature part is pretty limiting in volume/time thus trying to maximize my yields.
 
agree, cannabis prohibition became unconstitutional in mexico but still cannabis cultivation can be a risky endeavor so i stay outside the law and under the radar
 
im all for stopping prosecution but im not into the idea that the gov can/should decide over citizens and citizens have no power over gov, only "choosing" the people that runs it but the system itself its not up for debate or change. only companies have the resources to lobby their interest and support politicians, so we have all become too comfortable letting those people rule over us in my opinion. so the only option for me is to keep the gov out of my businesses and its laws out of my mind. i have a moral/ethical ground base to live by and in my country i can be actually free to do what i please
 
Here in Illinois, while recreational was just legalized, only medical patients can grow. Up to 5 plants in any stage. Luckily wife has a card and I am a care taker. They'll give you a card for knee pain, lol.
 
We lived in Vermont for years and still have family there.. if I knew they’d legalize, I’d have stayed
 
5 plants per adult (no distinction between mature/immature/cuttings but I assume "plant" means something with a root system) and they have to be 'secured' out of public view. I flower one plant at a time in a tent, veg on a windowsill (we're on the second floor so anything in a window isn't readily visible unless it's more than 10" tall, and even then maybe not if the trees outside have leaves).
 
I can grow a pound 3Xs a year in a 4x4. In a 10X10 that would be 18 lbs a year and six tents. It would be lots of room to experiment and have various strains.

I suppose it would be a shit ton of electricity too! I would need some hydro, geothermal and solar to go with the 10X10 :-)

co. it depends on what county u plan to grow in, so if your up in ft collins area you may only grow with leds or cfl. the pot police will kno by power bill.other counties like weld. will let u use hids lights also when u get a med card. they will ask who will grow your meds and u must state just u. to get max plant count. if not then they assume u will go to a dispensary, they {the dispensary} dont physically have to purchase any plants from local growers. what they do is if u have a med card and want to get any deals or discounts from them.? you must give them some or all of your plant count.to grow themselves.. [natures herbs} example... and that will determine how much of a deal they give u. and counts as the 70% . bs.. so instead of 225 a zip u might get the same zip for 200 or 150 or even the $100 special if they have one. cuz.all trees must and are tested.for nute chems, pesticide,molds even bugs which has to be tagged an grown an packaged. at a co. licensed grow op.which u can do ..but not at a residence. sorry bro not to say that they wont hire u to grow for them if u got skillz and if its medical grade is always gonna be higher thc count than rec. flower will look better than rec. and be a tad less $$ than rec. but that said. get a red med card and try to apply for a 99 plant count if you want to try and sell to a disp.. always keep grow locked up
 
in nevada . u cant legally home gro at all. unless u have med card an live over 35 miles from a dispensary.. wtf???
plus they having mold an yeast issue. on weed they sell out there
 
You need to get active and change that to 35 feet! This has to be some kind of discrimination! Medical passed for you, now its time to update it.
