Herbgrower, my unscientific sampling has suggested that a lot of young people are turning their noses up at cannabis because it's an "old guy" thing. "That's so lame, my DAD smokes that shit, and look how funny he ISN"T".

I'm glad you're here to wake us all up. No figuratively, I mean from our naps.
 
DingusKhan Well I believe those young bloods don't know enough cannabis anymore than that it gets them high. I mean this is much like what is Bob Marley in popular culture. People take him as an icon for cannabis but he wasn't just that. He is an icon of non violence, equal rights and love. Younger gen will come around to herbs when they're not younger anymore. :P
 
StillHigh1982 I think I agree with you on that. Cannabis cultivation is an art and an acquired skill. You can't learn enough by books and research as you would after years and years of growing.
About the age, I think I am gonna make my kids(when they're adult) read this forum just so they can understand that cannabis is not something that bachelors were smoking up but something that people regarded with a personal and responsible habit.
 
Thank you all for the welcome! We're ready to harvest now but the flowers aren't very big. And we don't see any yellowing leaves at all. All the leaves are green and look great. We are getting the darkening of the pistils and the milkiness of the trichomes. Giving them another week, then flush and cut. I think the temperature had something to do with it and looking forward to warmer weather for our next grow.

Any ideas?

:confused:​​​​​​29 and screwed my body up to the point where I have a hard time going around the block, only job I can do is sitting down so heavy equipment it is going on 8 years growing mostly steady. Going through a Hermy spell today got some new houseplants is all. Good to see all ages here, everyone of legal age I see so far :laugh:

More light. I dont know what you are using but small buds are either genetic, or bad environment. The plant looks healthy so my first guess would be from lack of light.
 
Im 38, feel like 17 though. Im also involved in powerlifting and work manual labor. My body is starting to feel its wear and tear but im resisting =)
 
All you lucky stoners,in highschool people sold joints for 5 Bux. Me included. Fresh wet weed for 10 a gram, or watered down. What ever you want to call it,. Started buying my stuff off a blind adult and never looked back always the best of the best that was in grade 9. I could sell joints for 10 bucks because everyone else had absolute shit. 1 half q 35 a quarter for 60 1/2 for 100, whole zip for 200. My prices were always lower thank goodness.
 
I'm up to 62 and still digging around the dirt no stopping me during the spring. I'll drag my carcus out to the garden with a cane someday if I have to. Fuck ageing keep on keeping on. By the way it's in the 70's today outstanding day and out planting the veggie garden and flowers. Got my zinnias, marigolds, snap dragons all in their domes germinating. Got my broccoli planted and potatoes in. I feel alive and well hope most of you feel well and put your mask on if it's sunshinning get some vitamin D.
