Grow room ready but too bright for new plants.

Rapid rooters are growing roots but I don't want to put them in a bright grow light . Can I keep them in Rapid rooters or ahould I use something in between? Thanks. First time growing obviously. Oh btw super soil with coco loco base media.

Personally I'd transplant them to a solo cup or something along those lines. You don't want your roots to dry out or be exposed to light.

Make sure to cut drain holes.
