Grow room humidity and temperature

The room where I'm gonna grow my little harvest is 7' x 10' in case this info helps in nay way. I'm just wondering what's an ok temperature and humidity level I should aim to keep?

it depends on how your growing but generally I like to keep it between 70 and 80 F and if im in veg i shoot for a rh of 65 if im in bloom I like to keep it between 30 and 40 rh

I found that for my growth the best temperature is about 80F, and I always keep the humidity at 40-45% RH. There are tutorials on the forum where you can get more info, and more than enough sources online too, I'll leave you some for guidance. But beware that optimal temp and humidity vary depending on the growth phase. For instance, RH should be at about 40-60% in the vegetative state, 40-50% in the flowering phase, and 40-45% in the final weeks of flowering. This is why I prefer the 40-45% level cause it works for literally all stages and there's no point in changing the settings on my dehumidifier too much either, if it works, I leave it like that (spoiler alert, it worked). When it comes to temperature, anywhere from 65F to 80F does the trick, but I prefer to keep it up to 80 cause in my mind, it's better for the harvest, I think a bit more heat does well for the plant, but maybe I'm mistaken. Either way, it works and it's within parameters, so maybe that's why there were no issues, yet at least.

Just remember that cannabis will basically grow in even the worst of conditions (short of freezing cold), but the yield and potency will be lower in poor conditions. The happier your plant, the happier your yield.
