Have 3 pots with plants on different stages

One is flowering and the others are on veg

Currently run 18/6 light/dark

Should I switch to 12/12?
What's my best move?

Well first tell us about the strain. Is that a auto flower? Those in pics 3-4 sure don't look big enough to flip but who knows without info.

I'm assuming the plant in flower is an auto so it makes no sense to flip until the others (if they are photos) get a little bigger and can sustain a better yield.
