Hey all,

Long time no see! Starting my third grow in four 3 Gal fabric pots. The strains are
1) White Widow from Dutch Passion
2) Pineapple Express from Barney's Farm
3) Cream Cookies from Fastbuds
4) Northern Lights from Seedsman

I've already sunk the seeds in water last night. Today setting their home and begin the magic.

Wish me luck!

Hey all!

Near fifth week. The canopy!

I am having few problems in plants, making separate posts for each. Would welcome your opinion.

This plant has twisted or stunted growth. The branches are asymmetrical. No bud sites visible. It is Cream Cookies from Fastbuds. Can't understand what went wrong with it? Will keeping it in a cramped tent would worth it?

Damage on leaves. Spraying it with Neem Oil but don't know the cause. Secondly some plants have yellowing in veins, brown marks and stuff.

Thinking of flushing the system with additional Cal Mag.

Just so I understand. You’re in week #5 of flowering? Or week # 5 from seedling? Looks like your leafs may be starting to suffer from Potassium overload. Potassium is used when we switch from veg to flower to promote bud sites. If you’re in week 5 of flowering, you’re in some trouble. Is there light getting in during your “night” ? Are you 12/12, or are these those seeds that you can light up for 24hrs a day.

Be patient. You should start seeing some bud growth. But the leaves I still think are suffering from a little nutrient burn or a potassium build up. (You don’t need to add “bud igniter nutrients to autos, it overloads the plant) You could try flushing that one plant and then get it back to your normal feeding schedule. I’ll be honest. I don’t grow autos, only photoperiod seeds. I have more control over the size. And maybe someone else can chime in here about light schedules for autos.

I don't think its light problem imo because had no problems with previous grow. I think the nutrient problem as well. It has nutrient burn as well. I just use GH Trio nothing else but I will flush it with plain water.

Fungus Gnats!

After a deliberate look into the tent, found these. Sprayed rubbing alcohol in the room and the top soil. I was out of IPA. Ordered it, I will sanitize the plants and room again with it.

I hate pests!

herbgrower Hey there, I had these gnats 2 grows ago, when I proceeded to put a plant back into my grow space from the outdoors garden area. I used diatomaceous earth squirted around the top of the soil in the pots. Also some peroxide/ H2O sprayed on the plant. Now I have the yellow sticky strips and diatomaceous earth mixed in to the top of the soil... seems to be working. Also I’ll never bring a plant back in. If it goes outdoors it’s out till chop. Also fungus gnats like moist soil so let the top inch or two dry out and they’ll find someplace else to leave there turds. Another good reason for a bud wash.
