Hello Electric Sky Owner,
We wanted to thank you for being an Electric Sky customer. Since 2017 we have been making LED lights and have seen the markets change from denial that LEDs work, to widespread adoption of LED technology. We have always made a high quality product, and unfortunately, we can no longer continue creating the Electric Sky LED as a company. We recently have sold out of all new LEDs, and will be helping you with any warranty claims through the end of the year.
Fortunately, the Electric Sky grow light is high quality, easily maintainable, and we have a full Electric Sky maintenance guide here: Maintenence Guide Link
The most common problem we ever see is that the dimmer can go out, which is a $10-15 part, you can find those parts here by searching Amazon for "1-10V LED Dimmer Knob" and you will find plenty of options, because the Electric Sky LED works with standard 1-10V dimming.
