Yeah, I have always had good luck with the odd balls, even with some of the runts, they ended up doing very nicely.

Speaking of oddballs, my first cousin was always the last one picked when we would choose teams in jr, high ,,guess what, he got drafted by the Houston Astros baseball team,. And he still swears to this day that first basemen Joe Pepitone, smoked pot in between innings in the dugout.
