Couldn't get neem oil but I did find organic insecticidal soap ..... which did this

Survived the soap incident. Survived numerous heavy downpours. REALLY heavy downpours! Survived 50 - 60 mph wind gusts. And I'm seeing new growth erry day! The flowering girls, on the other hand, are protesting the heat & humidity by way of arrested development. Bud growth has slowed to a crawl. I tried the "bud backbuilding" trick on a couple of the lower buds, since this is the absolute last week for Lemon Sumpn Sumpn. She has til Friday to show me something.
