Really Kingfish, outside of it being a beautiful area, they didn't really talk about it growing up, may i ask you why you feel that way, without being to intrusive of course, i understand if you dont comment on personal info, its all good my friend,

Think about post world war II Germany in the most bombed city in west Germany in the late 1940s early 1950s.
Not too many fond memories.
 
I understand, unfortunately i feel like a bit of a fool, i should have been smart enough to place the date you mentioned, but i realize now, why my father never spoke of it, thank you Kingfish, sometimes we dont see the pain, just the fantasy of far away lands, im sorry,
