Going to plant my germinated seeds tonight. A few questions.

Im using a hlg 550 Clone split into 2 boards to eliminate the hotspot in the middle. The ppfd chart is from the hlg 550 hanging at 22" .Since im spacing it better, the corners should have a higher ppfd.
If i mount it at 32", will i be able to start the seeds at full power if i put the pots roughly in the spots in the second pic? Then let them grow up until they are ~22-24" from the light and then raising it to maintain that optimal distance?
id also move them in toward the red areas on the 3rd pic as they got closer to ( or around bloom).

Also, i ran my light and fan for 8 hours yesterday, temps seemed to be decent enough, but humidity is 22%.
I tried the hanging towel in a bucket and it came up a bit, but not in the 'ideal' range. I know i can put domes on the seedlings for now, and i assume the humidity from 12 gallons of coco will also increase it a bit. Is the basic strategy here to increase water intake a bit if it's drier?

I also fertigated the pots last night at a lil lower than recommended strength to run off, and now the tent is 31% humidity , run at 25.1 celcius. Outdoor temp is around 7 celcius.
