glitch in new update

after this last update I've been having trouble finding my thread new grow room ,yesterday and today I went to my recent posts then had to scroll though 15 pages then got fed up and just clicked on my profile then scrolled down until I saw it . it seems that when you update it moves to the front of the forum like before but when you come back the next day its gone . There are a couple of other posts that are responded to daily that I see 7 pages from the front of the forum anybody else notice this

one other question I see alot of others use a @ oldjarhead 100 how do you do that thanks for the help

oldjarhead100 u just do that type @ followed by the person's name it will populate for u like D.A.A.S.69 sorry daas just useing u for an experiment.

On your profile pages, there's a setting that changes how conversations are displayed, whether in order by time, or by replies to comments. Might you have changed that or a similar setting?

think I figured it out Dingus you were kinda right at the top of the page on the thread it said order of descending by date and I switched it to order by last update
