Gg#4 auto zinc issue?

Hey guys newer grower here. I think it’s a zinc problem. Being a newer grower I think I have it because when I flushed my plant for a nitrogen deficiency i did not PH the water... I know big mistake but I’m learning as I go. Do you agree that it is a zinc problem?Thanks! photo was from 2 days ago. Looks worse now and is on newer leaves.
