What is the best way to empty the water out of a DWC tank? In the past I had used 2 different Tera Pumps and both didnt last past a month of use. Even had someone else help me with the pumps to confirm it wasnt my user error and still no success. I am using my shop vac right now to empty the tank since Im only a few weeks in and the roots wont get damaged

When I have to, I use a small 12v pump or even a 115v, drop it down in and pump it out. Other than that I use the same pump above, mine has lasted a couple of years now. Eats batteries like crazy. I now modify all of my DWC tanks with drains, my top off tanks will get modified this year for the same.

Could it really be as simple as needing new batteries that frequent making it still user error lol? I guess I will have to grab some more D's next time I venture outside and give it a go. Would you mind sharing your DWC drainage method. For the life of me, I have not been able to find any tutorial or video showing a drain added on a DWC tank and this is all still pretty new to me. 5th grow overall and only 2nd with DWC. I was using coco before.

Check my signature for the grows, you can see several shots.

So this crop is looking horrible and I'm afraid it's humidity but I've got a healthy plant in the back.. and this sickly one in the front. It looks like, up close, feathery mold starts on the leaves when they're young.. by the 2nd or 3rd week in bloom, they turn yellow. I see aphids underneath. I'm wondering if me using dish detergent, hot water, and a cap of neem oil made it worse?
I don't think so though because the back plant looks much better.
Also have pretty bad yellowing occuring between threads in leaves on 2 other plants. Different issue?
Thoughts?

i have 400 hps on left and 600w led on right
just been giving them the same ro miracle gro water

Is 62 degrees too low for lights off? I am 72 with lights on. I am growing Aurora indica under 400 watt HPS. There is just so much variance in advice across forums I dont know which is best to go by

You should strive for as much light as you can get and full sun outdoors is a great option. However, most places, unless out in the open , fail in providing a solid sunrise to sunset exposure. With cannabis plants...light is the machine that drives them to produce. One reason indoor growers take charge of environmental conditions

What is going on here? One plant has this hard white callus looking bump at the opposite almost every bud site. Plant looks otherwise healthy. In veg this plant had one branch growing spiral leaves.

i need emergency help with yellow leaf and droopy seedlings

Hi guys I really need help with my plants . I planted my seed in cocopit 3 weeks a go .About fertilizers just today i have give them just a low dose of biobizz grow . My LED lights are 60 cm away from top of plants and my lights are white and purple . As u will see in the photos the lower set of leafs are yellow and burnt also some of the other plants are droopy and even turning yellow
I think they are over watered thats why plants are droopy , even due i didnt water them much but the humidity was about 90% during this 3 weeks but now i set that to 65% . Also trying to give them less water .
i have 2 other plants that they just dont grow it looks like they are locked . When should i start fertilizing?? Please share your ideas so i can save these plants

Hey guys, it's 1.5 weeks of growing my Sticky Beast from Zamnesia and i noticed some yellowish spots and 2 "old" leaves are curling up, i don't know if it's heat stress or nitrogen deficiency, what do you think ?
i'm growing in 60% coco and 40% light soil, watering between 6 and 6,8 PH and EC around 5/600 PPM ( alternating with just tap PH'd water ) using BioBizz Grow, Fish Mix and Bloom. Room temperature between 68 to 84 Fahrenheit and RH between 42 to 55 ( i know it's low but i've ordered already an humidifier ). The light is 45 cm above the plant, as the manufacturer suggest.
Let me know guys what do you think it can be the problem, thanks !
