they are very leggy so I dont think your light is to close ,you have holes in those cups right , also how often do you water,my friend got a clone machine and he had to rework the feeding tubes, it looks like root issues to me

Lobabe The lanky long growth would seem to indicate that your plants are stretching to find light and the dead spots in the leaf tell me that you have a nutrient uptake problem usually caused by pH, but possibly root development...not a guarantee but that is my 2 cents

Well, they're only 3 days out of the clone machine.
I cut long clones from the mother like that.

Lobabe I’m not really sure. The only clones I ever did were stupid trimmings of a lollipopped plant. Stuck them into a wonton soup container and under a light for about 3 weeks. They grew but I did not have space and only wanted to see if they would grow. Let them sit in the dark for another month before discarding them and 3 of them were still growing but displayed an intense iron deficiency with bright yellow inner leaf color turning greener towards the tips. Pretty though

So, were these cuttings from the bottom of the plant or close to the top? They say there’s a hormone difference but on your photo, it seems like the plant is not able to distribute water or nutrients to the leaves so they’re drying up. I believe it could take longer then just 3 days for that to happen so IF that is the case, it’s probably something that may have started a few days earlier before that. Logic may have us thinking that.... but again, it’s only speculation on my part. I wish I had a more definitive answer, and it may have been a combination of a few things culminating in this result

Just re thinking....if you need to analyze this further should the plant fail to survive, wash the soil off of the roots and then look at cross section of the stem to see if it looks viable as a transfer pathway to the leaves meaning not flattened areas, smooth looking run of the stem each inch with no withering of the inner core, the roots should be vanilla colored near white

Hi can anyone help? My dad has terminal cancer and i am currently doing my first grow to make RSO oil. I think i have made several errors. The main one being overwatering. I am also struggling to control humidity levels when lights are off. This is approx 3 weeks in from seedlings. Is this a lost cause or can i save them? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance

I do not grow in soil, but I believe you need to move to bigger containers and lift them off your drain pan as a suggestion. They look nice and I believe you can save,

i need help. been tryin g to eradicate trichome eating micro=organism no one has been able to help, a brilliant red dot appears when the plant is 4 or 5 inches they start mutiplying until flowering and appear on top of trichomes and eats the trichomes leaving no potency, I have been trying for 3 years to eliminate it . I have tried ever thing ,contacted people all over . No help

Hey DukeGrows. Welcome! So i recommend creating a separate post with this problem in the general forum. I honestly clicked on here by accident and didnt realize people were posting problems here too. Just copy and paste. I also recommend getting some good white lighting on the plant when you take the picture (a flash can work) so we can better see the true colors of the leaves and any issues. It really is hard to tell with color spectrum lights like bluprle led's and HPS. If i were to take a stab from what i can see i would say it could be a deficiency. Like i said its hard to tell with the lighting but it could be calcium, maybe phosphorous. And you are right. It could be nute lock out or even a root issue. Some pests lay eggs in wet medium and the larvae eat the roots as well, so i'd check for any pests or bugs around the plants. Unfortunately i dont grow in soil so i cant be of much help, but if you repost this in the general forum someone can probably help you.

pH will fluctuate in nature so .5 from center typically doesn’t hurt much. I’ve discovered my $150.00 ph meter differs a little from my $11.00 pH meter so I am frequently calibrating to insure accuracy especially if I was to be at 6.2 and it was more like 5.8 in real life. At that number I could. be creating a scenario for calcium lockout ...which is what this sort of looks like.

Thanks Tersky! I actually took photos 2-5 with a flash, so other than the leaves on the outer edges of the photos, the true color should be right there smack dab in the middle. I'll make a separate thread though with some more neutral lighting conditions, thanks again

Consider flushing with plain water then resume normal feeding

Have you done a complete disinfecting cleaning of your grow room? You mention fighting this for 3 years now, I can only think of something in your growing area is not being cleaned properly.
I would bleech EVERYTHING in that grow room, then rinse off with clean water, then get new seeds and try again.

Hey All! Having issues with my OG Kush leaves cupping under the past week or so and can't fix the issue.

Germinated from seed about a month ago and was slow growing at first because I had ph issues (too high). Has since been corrected to 6.2-6.5 Hard to tell from the photos but it's on its 5th node right now and the leaves are the size of my hands! I have it in a 10 gallon smart pot which is overkill for sure but i didn't realize this when i bought it... hello first timer! This is where it has resided since a seedling.

I've been doing very well not over watering it in such a large pot and using organic super soil so haven't been adding any nutes. Ph'd well water and 175 HPS light.. although i was using CFLs when it was very little. Temp between 70-75F usually. Just started to do 16/8 lighting the past 2 days, before it was 24.

My only thought is that this is Nitrogen toxicity. Since the pot is so large I haven't been getting runoff when i water due to fear of over watering. So since this is a hot organic soil maybe the nutrients are staying too strong because none are being flushed out??? Its been getting worse the past 4 days I'd say.

Any help or recommendations at all are super welcome! I watered it well the night before these pics were taken. I also included soil information as well.
