Hydrogen peroxide. It degrades to O2 and water so no chemical contamination but it will add water to your buds so be careful with potential mold. Also it will burn the plant so use judiciously.

Try to look at trichomes with an magnifier, most of them should be milky (not clear or brown).
(Don’t slay me, if I wrong, iam beginner too x) these knowledge is just from theoretical learning)

I've been told when the leaves start to go yellow and start shriveling up is nearly time to harvest mine are still really green and there not that many dark hairs compared to light hairs.

Find what they're going for. Ants on plants usually mean you have some sort of insect, and the ants are feeding on the insects' 'honey dew' or poop. Sometimes homemade compost will get ants if the compost hasn't fully composted.
Ants in the soil I might not worry about so much unless they are emigrating.

If they are climbing your plants look for aphids as ants farm (milk) them and will move them from plant to plant.

I just bought a 2.7x2.7 grow tent kit and I'm wondering if I should set ii up on the floor or use a platform .
I operate out of a wheel chair so a platform would work better for me but i cannot see what you growers do. thanks for your time!

IF having your growing surface closer to you works for you that is what you should do. Keep in mind that your plants will grow and depending on the variety and strain you grow your working surface for at least 8 weeks of your grow will be 1.5 to 4 feet taller as the plants flower. How elevated your tent is from the floor is entirely up to you. Your plants wont care one bit.

Just an idea, get the plants in early stage on a platform, so you can work/control them better.
If they get bigger, no platform and u can work easily on them…
(Iam thinking of an platform or something like inside the tent)

I'll add that if you have a Harbor Freight store or equivalent, you can buy their small furniture dolly and use that as your platform, making it easy to push around when you are trying to position the plant for easiest maintenance.

Here are some photos from my 2nd grow - Wedding Gelato, soil, FoxFarms nutes, 2x4, VS2000. I just increased light intensity to 100% from 75% with about one month left before harvest (I'm at day 78). Only one of my three plants has this degree of discoloration. Dark, mottled leaves up top and yellowing leaves near bottom. I added some Cal/Mag to the feeding for this plant this morning. The other two plants show some signs of similar discoloration but nowhere near as noticeable. So, question is does anyone think I should be concerned about this and would be wise to take some kind of corrective measure?
