HELP! Germination

No Title

Howdy Tat6870, I soaked the rockwool cubes overnight in 5.0-5.5 pH'ed water. I do not germinate my seeds directly in the cubes now. I use the paper towel method now. I fold a paper towel into an aluminum pan, put enough pH'ed water (5.5-5.0) to come up to the top of the towel, place my seeds on the towel and cover all with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Set the pan in a warm (80°-90°F) and wait. This allows me to see which sprout (and when) instead of waiting and guessing. When the seeds sprout, I transfer them to the previously soaked rockwool cubes (with a little rooting gel in the holes) and into the net pots.
Good luck with Your grow.

If you are using rockwool i have found that using PH balanced water (5.5-6.5 usually is best) i put seeds in the hole, dip the cube in PH water then put in a tray somewhere warm check every day or 2 untill you see growth. i feel like balanced PH and a nice warm (not HOT) spot is the key i would say i have about 85% success this way
