Germination Question Please Help

How many days do you give a seed to germinate before you start to worry? I planted 4 autos 9 days ago, and all but one sprouted long ago.

Hmmmm yes i think it's been long enough now, is the seed dark brown near black? That's what mine will look like when they don't crack they rot internally.

Yup, just dug her up. Solid black 😒
